2023 Quilts - Stellar Quilt Top

2023 is officially the year of the 3-Yard Quilt!
Each week, a new video will be posted for a quilt made from the 3-Yard book series by Fabric Cafe. Three one yard cuts turn in to one lap sized quilt top. Easy enough, right?
The goal for these quilts is to use as much of my stash as possible in order to clear space for new fabrics, notions and more! In the end, the quilts will be donated to local charities and individuals in need of a new quilt to call their own.

I really like how this one turned out! If I may make a tiny suggestions on your videos, though, slow down your movement of you phone when you’re doing the close-ups because it move so fast it gets kind of blurry. And I know I’m old, but it makes me dizzy. 🤪😂.
And I just love your kitty! My hubby is allergic to cats, so I have to enjoy watching your little Trixie 😊

As I am watching your video, I'm sewing on the sashing pieces to two marching band t-shirt quilts for my boys. Love the fabric you chose with music terms on it! And the background music sure brought me back to all the field shows my boys were in. 😊

I love the quilt!! It is perfect for the fabric, and the music fit the video so perfectly. I think the borders really add to the quilt and I usually like the darker fabric on the outside too but this really seems to work well for this quilt. The lighter fabric really sets it off. I am looking forward to the next video to see it fully finished. This was fun!
