How to Root Galaxy S8/S8+ on Android 9.0 Pie!

In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to root the Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus on latest Android 9.0 Pie. This root method is probably the easiest method so long as you follow step-by-step.This root method supports the following models: - Exynos Galaxy S8 SM-G950F, SM-G950FD, Korean SM-G950N
- Exynos Galaxy S8+ SM-G955F, SM-G955FD, Korean SM-G955N
- Qualcomm Galaxy S8 SM-G9500 Chinese Dual SIM
- Qualcomm Galaxy S8+ SM-G9550 Chinese Dual SIM #GalaxyS8 #GalaxyS8Plus

Been awhile since I rooted a phone, thanks for the quick video! Also for people new to rooting, the first boot after the wipe can take up to 5 min so don't panic if you're stuck at the samsung screen.

thanks! i can finally record call's again! my first boot was different from your's. instead of the "SAMSUNG" logo flashing, my led went from dimmed to bright for a long time.

Hey, what i must do now, when i do all from this video and its work great and i go to dev options and change OEM UNLOCKING from ON to OFF and now my telephone cant run and i have custom binary blocked by fap lock

It worked, thank you. I didn´t know about all the trouble I would get into though, should have done some research first, I thought rooting just gave me more access ... I didn´t think it would cause so much problems with pay apps.

very clear instructions. I even used Samsung Switch which made the transformation even smoother. I'm facing one problem though. I downloaded magisk 18.1 as you said, and downloaded the Magisk Manager separately as expected but on the Manager I can only see the second tick. There is a red question mark next to "Magisk is not installed" and also, I cant seem to find the hide option on the side menu. Thanks again.
