How do you make the adjustments on the dual pivot? Do the black caps get removed? If so, how? I have it and the hex bolts just spin without loosening.

Have you mounted 2 graphs on a 1875 crossover. 1 -12 and 1 -10?

These are useless! See post below mine, no response from mfg. I have same issue, 2 elbows in my mount, both with allen head screws opposite a black cap. Impossible to make the "bends" or angles/adjustment, and nothing of use on website. I am ready to take all the Trxstech stuff back to my dealer...
