R.I.P. Jerry - it was a pleasure working with you over so many years and watching you perform (16:45).

Hi you two, stumbled across your videos yesterday while in a 7 day covid isolation in NSW Australia. Being a musician in a band who do our own production sound and light, I totally relate to your videos. Very well made and entertaining. Thank you both and I look forward to watching many more. Cheers Julian

Oh my goodness get back on the stage with the mics lol thats what I would have been saying. The drinks on the speakers are sending my anxiety into overdrive.

The automatic doors have a switch usually on them that can disable the outside button you know for when the door gets locked at night. Sometimes that switch doesn't get corrected after open and sometimes policy is to wait for a request! It's usually mounted on the box just above the door, with three positions off, inside only, both.
This comment is probably a year too late.

Love it! I'm now looking into the cdl tops after watching all your vids. I use the Srx series for tops now but.... need a stackable speaker for a bit more push. Thanks again for the content, im trying to get my wife involved too and she's not having it, lol.

Hey sir, do you ever get a back to back gigs, bse as far as I know these gigs can be so so tiresome just to work only the two of you, driving, setting up and setting down, then go to another gig. You may brake. And you really have a great system it makes work so easier. Great man Sir.

How much of a difference volume wise does this round screen for the trumpet make? Good job as always !

Me again :) do you have a standard set of questions for the venue and the event planners? Would you share them (or have you already)?
p.s. strip lighting is excellent. I won't repeat my thought about some work lights either over the van doors (or just inside on the roof) or in the van doors :D :D :D don't want to go down that rabbit hole :D

10:30 Have you tried the solution of cutting the EQ but on the Vocal Mic channels instead of the Monitor's EQ? If you're mixing monitors from FOH sharing compression and EQ or whatever, you can't do that, but if you have separate monitor processing you can. Which will preserve the frequency band for guitars or keys or whatever else you may need in the monitor rather than punish that frequency in all those other instruments for something the Vocals are causing? I've had good luck with it.

what do you guys charge for a street dance kind of gig about an hour from metro to the west?

What you needed to cover that venue properly was 2 328's on a dual stand mount on each side ...and they have plenty of bass for that type of gig too ..so no subs
