i had my third eye open for about 6 months in the past year, after major changes in diet and rising my frequency. I started seeing spirits of nature, like an augmented reality revealing "faces" in trees, rocks, clouds... I could see the elemental spirits, star beings and so much more. I learned multidimensionality and could interact with nature through visualisation including healing the weather and damaged nature places. I was guided to a powerful shamanic initiation by the spirit guides, and then I was severely attacked for waking up. I could sense the frequency of anything with my hands, transmute, create cascading effects "as above so below".... I truly hope more people see it and our food and water purity improves... I healed my disabilities and severe infections purely with energy, guided by spirits. It changed my life and now I just replay these memories in loops wondering...why me? So there you go... also when it is open, and you close your eyes in the dark, you see magnificent colors swirling it is quite a show... but I can see why most people are not ready for the experience, it is quite full on and you can turn paranoid... bless
