I truly love how some people make their pouches into bags! I have tried a couple of mine and it has never work! 😂😂 I think I’m too self conscious of it! Like “I have 20+ bags… why I’m trying to make my Pochette 26 into a bag” 😂😂 but I truly love how some girls make it work! This is such a cutie cosmetics bag! ❤❤❤

nice bag! as we say in canada, she shoots, she scores! the conversion was really interesting. it actually looked good. the baby bag version had a pretty horse motif but the simple H made me smile. it's like a subtle nod of acknowledgement. you did well.

Hi Jessie, I have both the PM and the GM size. I’ve got the cabriole in the GM and even if the horse motif makes it little too kiddie but it’s great as well makes it more low key. I have the small in the bright orange and I do love it as it gives a pop of colour. I have the same conversation kits and it’s a great one!

I think some conversions work, others don’t. Your conversion works but you don’t need to go to the trouble…cause you can already use that piece as a top handle bag 😊

You totally INFLUENCED me to shop Hermes. I am totally the person who used to think it was a grandma brand and I was not never interested in a Birkin. I love the Kelly but was not going to “play the game” but your Herbag made me fall in love. I just happened by my local Hermes today, walked right in, asked for it and funny enough they had it in the exact color I wanted. Classic Hermes orange 🍊. I am totally obsessed and so glad to have it in my collection. I am and always will be LOGO GAL but my new Herbag it a quiet killer.

You can add an additional thinner loop so you can use your Hermes strap
