Hot take: I still think Thor 1 was the best and underrated Thor movie. He went through so much character development in that movie and his arc was going from someone who was egotistical, selfish, and was eager for the throne and was always seeking violence and conflict to someone who becomes humbled and learned to be a better person and a better leader that tries to resolve conflicts by other means through being stripped of everything and learning to live as a man with ordinary people. Who in the end says no to everything he always wanted and realized he didn’t want the throne anymore but wanted to be around the people that changed him. He was a totally different character by the end of the film. We don’t see complex stories like that anymore especially with the female characters

Ngl Thor is pretty underrated. It introduced the cosmic and mythological side of MCU for the very first time, did it almost perfectly, the 2nd best performance of Chris after IW, Loki and Odin were also great, almost a perfect Thor movie.

Deadpool 1 and 2 were Fox movies, not MCU movies.
If you're talking about canon films in the MCU, then you should also include Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, but that doesn't make sense because they are Sony movies.
In this ranking I would put films produced by Marvel Studios and not retroactively canon.

I don't count the Deadpool trilogy 'cause technically only the third movie is part of the MCU. The first two movies are part of the character's personal story, but he doesn't join the MCU until the third movie which the character acknowledges in the film, and since they've said Deadpool III (this was back before they revealed its official title) would be his MCU debut I count the film as his first MCU movie.
