When you "add pivots at 17 mins in, are these ranges like Fibonacci or more like forecasting a spread of average price levels?

There is a large spread between spot gold and silver pricing vs paper pricing. Bullion dealers are sold out of silver end they are baking on a premium on physical price to what's been quoted on the derivative markets. Seems like a good time buy silver. Also the gold silver ratio is at 95 which is the lowest it has ever been.
