I would love to see a Harsh Critique, but maybe a Series 1 article from an author that stayed on the side and then with a discussion about how he/she improved and how the article could be improved

I would love a discussion on Kalinin's 001 Proposal: Past and Future. When I decided to try and tackle reading all of the site's entries, I started at the bottom, and for some reason I'm always brought back to the story whenever I think about the SCP foundation. Something about it has captured me and I would love a video covering it.

i want to see a video where Cimm creates an article for each SCP - class that fits in and utilises each classification adequately (safe, euclid, keter, apollyon). it could be a neat mini canon that has a nice consistent consensus and tone across the articles, it could even be a live stream type thing if that works . who knows, it could evolve into a tiny on-site canon of its own with Cimmerian subscribers contributing to it ; a nice commemoration of this milestone .

I've seen it mentioned in another comment (which I liked), but it would be interesting to hear/see a comparison between the narrative style differences between the popular old SCPs, and the new series. As a new writer/reader of the SCP wiki, it'd be helpful to hear a veteran's take on how the site has changed and developed over the years.
