Honestly very beginner-friendly, if you played Wilds, then Worlds and Iceborne will just be a slightly harder learning experience, but overall a great game to explore the world of Monster Hunter for first timers ❤

Definitely worth buying! I played World before recently, like a year ago and ended the game. Gotta said that it's SO so much easy for the newbie to play. Most of the weapon like my favorite "Bow" is really big win. You might try World somehow. And I bet you will see how hard the World for newbie is! 😂
Oh but anyway. This just only the start. Maybe the content from DLC could be hard further. But now we can say that in this state, it is really easy than World right now.

This game is fun fast paced and good monsters and story after this I would play generation ultimate but I beat evry monster hunter game so anyways enjoy!😊

I played worlds some time ago ( albeit the game was pretty dead by then ) and i’ve heard that Wilds has added a lot of QoL features that make it easier for first time players

Monster Hunter has a tough learning curve if you play the first few titles. Monster Hunter World onwards are much more forgiving.

Honestly, i buyed monster hunter world and rise first. Both i was horrible playing at it. So i used the long sword to at least know how to move since i dont SMASH buttons like most long sword players do. Rise made me learn a little. Enough to beat MH world. But i was stuck in rise in master rank 3 since i was trash in the game. Then this game came out and holy shit im now on master rank 6 since i learn how to use the Long sword and the Charge blade at once. I managed to beat rajang, teostra and daora first try with less effort than the one i had in world with rajang (which i beat him first try there too) then i buyed old MH games and i was actually good. Those games are more punishing, but if you learn the ropes and tricks it can get easier. MH wilds basically helped me to learn a lot more than i thought😅

I played one of the other monster Hunter games only about an hour though, and had no idea what I was doing, never played again.

Picked up this game yesterday and already understand it a whole lot more, it’s defiantly more forgiving for new players.

Already having a blast playing it, and the story isn’t actually as bad as I thought it would be in kind of invested!
