Wow! Angelina Jordan (8): 'What a Difference a Day Make'

Amazing! 8 year old Angelina Jordan, winner of Norway`s Got Talent 2014, performs Dinah Washingtons "What a Difference a Day Made" on the opening show of TV 2 singalong summer hit "Allsang på grensen" on Thursday June 3rd 2014.

The song was written in Spanish by María Grever, a Mexican songwriter, in 1934. Originally, the song was known as "Cuando vuelva a tu lado" ("When I Return to Your Side"). The song is also known in English as "What a Diff'rence a Day Makes", as popularized by Dinah Washington.

The English lyrics were written by Stanley Adams, and was played by Harry Roy & his Orchestra. It was published in late 1934. The most successful early recording, in 1934, was by the Dorsey Brothers. (ref Wikipedia)

How is it possible? HOW?? A young child should not be able to sing like this with such wisdom and emotion. Even with a touch of nostalgia. Never mind the perfect pitch, vibrato, timing etc.

Oh my God. I'm an old man now, but this is a voice for the ages. I almost hope that she never grows up; surely this degree of magic can't last forever. I can surely hope; but, in any case, I shall not likely be around long enough to find out. On the bright side, it was well worth living this long just to hear her amazing voice and her supreme performance. I listen to her recordings over and over again. I still can't really believe it.
