On one of Sorin's videos he had exactly the same problem with the same or similar Acer Nitro laptop which turned out to be a drop of water which went through a plastic vented area which didn't cover that particular chip (Super IO) - Strangely enough it was the only chip exposed to air due to the design of the back plastic cover. He reflowed it and it worked. You may have to get in real close to see if any of the chips have water damage.

You did a lot in this video. Did you check all the rails for shorts? A lot of these gaming laptops have a shorted or dead super io, gpu, or cpu which kills them.

Moreover, if you could can improve the sound that would be great. The sound is poor and there I have to increase the volume on my speakers to hear you very well.
