TIPS for Casting LONG RODS and HEAVY BAIT #fishing

The trick to casting big baits Is having the right fishing rig and the right fishing rod to be able to handle casting the weight of a big sinker+ the big bait. Be sure that the rod can handle the weight by checking weight rating on the fishing rod. My standard big bait rod Is rated 6-10 oz. Using a sputnik sinker Is the best way to cast these big baits because you can attatch the hook to the grapple part of the sputnik sinker.

Fishing for sharks seems more like a hassle then fun, I don’t want to spend like a hour fighting a fish which I’m scared to even unhook and that I can’t even take home

Large stingray, sail cat or shark are the target with that type of cut bait. Except for video purposes, fishermen avoid those junk fish.
