Love this song Kacey.  You will have to sing this song more.

I loved this song on Nashville and then when I found out Kacey was one of the song writers I just loved it even more. I only knew about her from Merry Go Round a few months ago butt now I'll listen to anything she sings. Can't wait to see where she'll be in the next few years. Keep 'em coming Kacey!

I miss this side of Kacey. I know many musical artists "evolve" over time, but feel her songwriting skills are best demonstrated through the country genre.

I saw her in concert this week, and I totally agree. I wonder what the CMA awards will bring.

She co wrote the song and they decided to use it on the show.... so yeah! it is her song. Did you seriously think that Hayden and Charles wrote it?

Writing the song doesn't make it hers, really. Most people, I think, would say the first published performer of a song would be the person it would be attributed to as being "theirs." Legally speaking, it could be hers, or the co-writers, or both, or the studio's, or any random person who bought the rights. Rarely do people, in my experience, attribute "ownership" of a song based on who wrote it. That said... big fan of Kacey. Hayden and Charles who? (seriously, no idea.)
