Well, if this pilot takes a decision without all the facts attached to the situation, I would not like him to fly me anywhere. And would the pilot keep his mask all the way? Get my drift.

Go to the website and make it known you will not fly with them anymore. These airlines keep doing this because they feel losing one customer is not a problem.
