Hi CM, As my scences improve the water is becoming thicker to where I can feel friction to pull and push against. Closed fist help me narrow down my catch. Gonna stress "chilling out" in my movements more! Thanks SWIMVICE 🏊🏽‍♂️👊🏽😎

I have been swimming a lot of catch up laps lately. Really helps focus on getting full extension and the catch, vertical forearm, and pull.

My body tilts to a side (rotates along a vertical axis, not horizontal axis rotation) when I try to float after kicking the wall. So instead of going straight, I start swimming rightwards. Any help here please?
