Shouldn't stop compressions, it not like your heart stops when switching positions, should have someone ready to had take over the compressions so there no break that effective cpr.

You can also give good CPR without mouth to mouth, I wouldn't give mouth to mouth to someone I didn't know, you don't know what they got.
People been brought back after 90 min good CPR on elderly even car accidents.
