The objects of different mass falls at the same rate because the gravitational force is applied by unit or per atomic particle separately. Let's say we have 2 particles, one we can push with the left hand and the second with the right hand applying the same amount of force, they both will accelerate at the same rate even if they are part of the same object, so gravity can be a force but not the way we see in classical physics.

Thank you David, for the clarification of these concepts that, moreover, gives me a better undersanting of the genesis of the GR theory.

Please explain this-
If he said that the acceleration is equal it is because different forces are being applied by gravity not because their masses are equal

It can also happen if the ratio of inertial and gravitational mass is a universal constant.

Inertial mass is the resistance I feel when I'm pushing against something. That is electrical force. Gravitational mass reflects the acceleration in a gravitational field and is pure gravitational force. Once it hits the ground it is electrical force again. Still not sure both are the same thing.

Hi David!
I've been thinking how gravity works for over a year, and I concluded that spacetime is a elastic superfluid, so gravity works like buoyancy in my opinion, but the effect is caused by the elasticity, otherwise it wouldn't have differences of densities around and between two objects in space to be attracted. We can make a simple experiment in two dimensions to understand what I am trying to explain by putting two small objects like toothpick in a bowl of water, they will be attracted when get closer because water has some elasticity properties. Please, let me know what do you think about this idea. Thank you!

Dear David
I am not a physicist. i just interest in nature. if i think gravity working like this? i want to know whats wrong on my imagination?
I imagine the gravity is just like a very deep hole below water level, and the deep hole center has a filter. Water will fell down to the hole. Mass will accumulate on the hole center. So the mass is accelerate upward relatively to the water. Just like we accelerate upward on the earth surface. "Is actually the spacetime moving toward to the earth center?". i also imagine gravity not just curve the spacetime, Mass also consumed a part of spacetime property to become energy.
