Be sure to SUBSCRIBE! My answer for today's question: It's rare that I sit behind the computer for more than an hour or two+. I always try to break up my time by either getting up to get something to eat, jam on the guitar, go lifting/running/playing tennis, etc.. So, instead of having long bouts of 3+/4+ hour sessions continually chugging away on the keyboard, I break things up frequently to avoid fatigue. Yeah, I also consume coffee and all of that other stuff. ;)

Awesome video! Question - are the main uses of variable fonts just used for web? Do designers use variable fonts for print projects, logos, etc. or not really?

About "Today's Question": I generally use MyNoise (. net) which uses enjoyable noises (fireplace, rain, jungle, ...) to mask surrounding noises and help to focus in noisy environments.
It really helps me to focus when I need to work hard and strong!

How do I stay focused while working?
I always try to put my phone away so I cant see it or get the chance to grab it. Close social media tabs like Facebook.
Mostly when I listen music the kickrolls get me so I start doing them, so I try to avoid that too. So its just me and my code editor :).

How to stay focussed: making sure it's something I like doing. Limit the amount of boring stuff to 1-2 hours max (in one session), then doing something fun (still productive, but more pleasurable).

I honestly stay focused on a really weird way, I just like listening to some rap music turned down so that you can only just hear it. If I have a water bottle next to me I could work for hours that way

fresh air by going outside and while working if possible I put on some classical music and have some paper next to me so I can write down what i have done or sketch designs
