Vab =( potential at point a)- (potential at point b) and its value comes out to be -4 volt ;
negative answer means potential at point a< potential at point b. then how come potential at point a is higher than at point b as u said?

Thank you for the help.. But i want to ask about a circuit without e.m.f sources.. Which only contains resistors 3 in parallel and another one in series to the three given the power dissipated in one of the resistors
