If your driving on the hummingbird highway and see a little old lady selling tamales or a stand selling cinnamon bread with smile cow cheese you should also pull over. Also you should read the funny warning label on the hotsauce.

Caye Caulker is a great island! Great for walking or relaxing or water sports. The only issue on the island was many places are cash only and both Atm on the island were down for several hours. Also Belize should export it's achiote paste. It is delicious.
