For those who haven’t had it, try linguine and clams.

I eat it almost weekly. I’m Italian. The garlic, lemon, chili pepper, clams, the anchovies dissolved in it and chit ton of parsley are the most healthful part.

But even with the white pasta, you can cut down on your portion or if you don’t like regular whole wheat pasta, go for white whole wheat pasta. It doesn’t taste so bitter.

Will these be more specific foods this time vs. food groups (like veggies, legumes, seafood, etc.)?

I guess garlic is used topically as a wound antimicrobial? Should I put some in my backcountry first aid kit? 😁

If I make a salad with all those ingredients (except the coffee, that would be the chaser, of course, and make a dressing with the clam juice), would I live forever? 🤔😉

Kale and liver may have similar nutrient densities... but I bet liver has the vitamin B12 that kale doesn't and... kale has the vitamin C that liver doesn't ;)
Also... I DID GUESS one main reason for clam juice being on the list... B12! Ever since I learned clams are exquisitely rich in B12, that stuck in my head :P

I was browsing at your Website earlier tonight and pondering paying the $15 per month to get access to the complete Nutrivore Score datatbase ..but after seeing this video ..and how you don't even include Oysters on this list ..i realize what a joke your Nutritent Dense food ranking really is. ..and really don't like how you put coffee as number 3 ..very unhappy about that. Celery is excellent. you don't give it much regard. Everyone knows that Seafood is very nutrient dense as well as Beef Liver and other organ meats. And also imported new zealand lamb liver. And you're comparing Kale to Liver. Nutrient Dense foods such as Pacific Oysters and Shiitake mushrooms and Goat Cheese have changed my life lately. But you giving Coffee a Nutrivore Score of 7000 ..my opinion of you has really changed. Who cares ! about vitamin K1 ..what about vitamin K2 from Raw Milk cheese. I find your Nutrient Dense Foods ranking to be a joke..
