Great informative video. Your voice is soothing and great for narrating things like this! Couple points of feedback: The "one word at a time" subtitles are extremely distracting, since your eyes have to be glued to them constantly to not miss a single word. Breaking up subtitles into a sentence or two makes it so viewers can easier split their attention between reading the words and looking at the video without missing information. Putting them directly in the middle of the screen is quite distracting too. Consider adding some background music to the video as a whole, while your voice is soothing some could perceive it as boring and dull sounding. More exciting transitions to different sections would help with viewer retention also.

This video tells so many false informations... but what really pisses me off is the misunderstading when people refer to jiu jitsu only as bjj which is bullshit. BJJ didn't come from japanese jiu jitsu but from judo...

Jujitsu is a watered down version of Aki-jitsu. Before the "Sport" art that is Jujitsu was made they removed ruffly 1/3rd of the art. As those techniques are for maiming or to kill armed attackers and, not suitable for a sport to show the world. Modern Jujitsu is simply playfighting.... They are incapable of fighting multiple attackers at the same time if Jujitsu is the only art they practice. The founding style in it's complete form however.. is fully capable of sorting out a group no problem... Sadly Jujitsu isn't that impressive at all and, is simply a sport art not created for real world self defense. Yes, there are real world aplications for restraining ppl but if it wasn't for the "Rules" the Gracys wouldn't have won the UFC. "Oh I see you're going for an arm bar. It would be a shame if I stuffed my thumb into your eyes or grabbed your throat and, crushed it in my free hand."

Kill or be killed isn't in the art...

Without rules to protect the sport participants, if it isn't 1v1 they'll lose every time....
The art is only good as a sport OR as a secondary skill set to a more well rounded standing fight style.
