Today we take a look at an important topic of German grammar: cases - Nominative, Accusative, Dative and Genitive. We begin by defining cases as 'modes' and then analysing a sentence that contains one noun in each of the four cases. After this we take a look at three past Leaving Cert exam papers - 2020, 2017 and 2015 - where cases featured, and answering these questions. A good revision aid for beginners and advanced students alike!
