Resep Saus Yakiniku (untuk 5 porsi)
Bahan bumbu halus:
35 gr bawang bombai
4 siung bawang putih
4 gr jahe
30 gr apel
25 ml minyak
25 ml air
Bahan saus:
2 sdt saus tiram
60 ml kecap asin
60 ml mirin
2 sdt gula pasir
1/8 sdt merica
1 sdt minyak wijen
½ sdt cuka beras
2 sdt biji wijen panggang
150 ml air
Bahan lainnya:
240 gr tahu telur tube
80 gr maizena
100 gr jamur enoki
merica, opsional
Cara membuat:
1. Masukkan bawang putih, jahe, bawang bombai, apel, minyak dan air ke dalam blender, haluskan
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi dan mengeluarkan minyak
3. Masukkan kecap asin, mirin, saus tiram, gula pasir, cuka, merica dan air, masak hingga mendidih lalu masukkan minyak wijen dan biji wijen, masak sesaat
4. Masukkan saus ke dalam jar atau wadah tertutup
5. Panaskan sedikit minyak lalu masukkan jamur enoki. Beri sedikit merica dan masak hingga kecokelatan di kedua sisi. Angkat dan susun di piring saji
6. Potong-potong tahu tube kemudian balurkan ke dalam maizena, diamkan sesaat
7. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng tahu hingga kering, tiriskan
8. Sajikan tahu tube goreng bersama jamur enoki dan siram dengan saus yakiniku

Yakiniku Sauce Recipe (yield 5 servings)
Spice Paste ingredients:
35 g onion
4 clove garlic
4 g ginger
30 g apple
25 ml oil
25 ml water
Sauce ingredients:
2 tsp oyster sauce
60 ml soy sauce
60 ml mirin
2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
150 ml water
Other ingredients:
240 g egg tofu
80 g cornstarch
100 g enoki mushroom
Pepper, optional
Steps:
1. Blend garlic, ginger, onion, apple, oil, and water until smooth.
2. Sauté the spice paste until fragrant and the oil separates.
3. Add soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Cook briefly.
4. Pour the sauce into a jar or sealed container.
5. Heat a little oil, then add enoki mushrooms. Add a little pepper and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and arrange on a serving plate.
6. Cut the tofu, then coat with cornstarch and let it sit for a while.
7. Heat oil and fry the tofu until crispy. Drain.
8. Serve the fried tofu with enoki mushrooms and drizzle with Yakiniku Sauce.
