I'm loving the bloopers integrated in the video because it is SO realistic lol. Nothing like spilling ingredients and getting funny avocados and garlic which happens to me all the time 😂 🥰

OMG I made these for Superbowl Sunday (2021) and EVERYONE loved them! Even my in-laws who are not vegan! I will absolutely make them again and again in the future! Thank you so much Nisha for this incredible creation!

I’m not vegan, or even vegetarian, but I can appreciate good vegan food. I’m good prepping for the week and this is on my menu. I just made the cheese sauce and oh man! This is a game changer. In my opinion it taste like nacho cheese. So amazing!!!

These were so good. I’m vegan, but I really think anyone would enjoy these quesadillas especially with a little tray of toppings on the side. So, so good! Thank you for the amazing recipe!

Vegan sour cream: soaked cashews blended with opened probiotic capsule and water. Blend super smooth. Set in cold oven overnight with the light on. Voila! 😘

Absolutely Sensational! I love making these. (My husband enjoys them as well, and requested for me to add potatoes. So I did. (I peeled and diced up 3 small potatoes and added them into the onions. Cooked until they’re soft.) Both ways are amazing. I just wanted to let you know, and say thank you.

so ready to ttry this chickpea sauce. Whever im missing sour cream i add lemon to my dairy free yogurt and works PRETTY WELL. used it in my rendition of a vegan cruchwrap

Apart from the recipe, two things I REALLY like about this video: 1) the speaker's voice is very soothing - all the best cooking-related channels have good speaking voices!; and 2) the video shows the "mistakes" - very good in our day and age of posting only perfect videos and photos on social media, which often has bad consequences for those who watch.

I just tried this and OMGizzy, this was amazingly delicious 😋 . I will be honest and saying I was skeptical of the cheese sauce because most simply don't turn out right. However after reading all the glowing reviews on your web page about the cheese alone; I decided to give it a try. Again DELICIOUS! Thank you for this! Let me add that I did not have yogurt. But did have coconut milk and it still turned out amazing!

I usually just watch your vids and appreciate how real you are and how awesome the food looks. I finally made this recipe and I’ve got to say it’s the best meal I’ve had in a minute. It was easy and filling and so so yummy. I was questioning it for s moment before assembling and I just 🤤 when I bit in. Thanks for the authenticity and the delicious recipe. My husband who is a very picky eater dug in also. He made several comments about how good it was. ❤️🍽
