Case 69: PCI Manual - Arteria lusoria
Показать описание
Advancing a catheter to the aortic cusps was challenging in a patient through right radial access. Angiography suggested arteria lusoria. A Glidewire was advanced to the aortic cusps, but the standard 100 cm long catheters were not long enough to reach the coronary ostia. Using 125 cm long diagnostic catheter coronary angiography was successfully completed.
