I'm surprised you didn't get a pm2 LH every lefty should have one it's like buying a right hand bolt rifle instead of the left hand side bolt to me. I'm not the most dextrous. Great review thanks

It is nice. If I didn't have a Cold Steel Hold Out I would buy one.

Nice job. I just got my 1st PM2 the other day. Earth Brown with S35VN. I now see why all the praise for this knife. I cant stop fondling it :)!

Spyderco has announced that the dark blue/purple Paramilitary 2 will be normal production for 2016. A few were produced in 2015 and some are available now.

I absolutely love my Paramilitary 2, it's one of those knives that actually live up to the hype that comes with it.

after a week of carrying i love the pm2! it replaced my microtech ultratech and i dont mind the extra width. i love how smooth it flicks open. weirdly enough i prefer to carry the pm2 TIP DOWN a travesty i know! when i first got it it was tip down so i FIXED THAT to tip up, but after flicking it open 1000 times it actually feels more comfortable and fast carrying tip down. i cant go back to my enduras anymore. i think i gotta try a manix 2 next. i keep wanting a military and a police model also just for the long blade. damn i love this pm2 though. im still practicing opening and closing it with my left hand. right hand i can flick it open and closed super easy with my thumb

Nice video. That blade steel will attract a lot of people who like the look and feel of the Para 2. I can remember waiting 3 months when I ordered my Paramilitary 2 a few years ago and it was well worth the wait.

I have around 40 EDC type folders- Spydercos, Kershaws, Chris Reeve, Reate, etc etc-- last thing I need is another-- but I just cannot resist this PM2. Going to buy one. Never tried the S110V steel before and it just looks sweet!! Great video showing the actual lock up and how it works--I've been researching this blade for a couple days and just cannot resist anymore.

Good point on the stab and knife angle.

Picked mine up today from BladeHQ's brick and mortar storefront. BladeHQ got 12 in yesterday and they all sold out same day. The co-owner actually picked one up for himself and it was his EDC for the day (in the past when I've visited, he's always had a pimped out S35VN PM2 on him). I'm looking forward to the one in M4 with the transparent G10.

You should do a review on the Winchester 200th anniversary knife set

Even though I just got one of these, it's still super cool to hear what you have to say about the Para2. Unfortunately, my Para has too much tension from the lock on the blade, making the knife really hard to deploy and close. I really don't want to send it back to Golden, CO for repairs since I just got it. Thanks for the video.
