I'm trying to get shorter responses back from ChatGPT. Do I do that with fewer tokens? When I set the max_tokens to 100, the response cuts off and isn't complete. The response stops mid-sentence.

If anyone experiences the error below, you need to go to billing and set up your card to be charged (minimally) for tokens:
"You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details."

hey buddy got it work all the way through but testing even the simple 3 sentence messages, i get this in every test: This model's maximum context length is 4097 tokens, however you requested 9984 tokens (7984 in your prompt; 2000 for the completion). Please reduce your prompt; or completion length. Any thoughts? i did test with the most simple emails that had very few words
