The best part is later on in the episode eddie still brings christopher to buck to spend time with him because he knows that buck did everything he could to try and save him. And later on you find out that eddie makes Buck Christopher's guardian in his will should anything happen to him. Just proof of the love between them and proof that family goes way beyond blood
