Cfiɣ means I remember in Kabyle, in Tachelhit we say Ktiɣ. In the song Idir shares his memories with the world and what is it to be an Amazigh, to be ravaged, underrated and dehuminized by those who dispise your existence because it threatens theirs. This is a sad lullaby for all the innocent children who are being condemned because of their cultural identity and many other things they did not choose.

This is beautiful. I can only think of how much beautiful history I don't know yet. But I can still learn.
