The Corrupted Woodsmith requires you to destroy the Village Heart in the center of the arena in order to deal damage to her. Once the heart is totally broken, the boss becomes way more aggressive and begins dual-wielding with a hammer and sword. Parry if you feel comfortable, otherwise get some pot shots with arrows and bombs until she drops!

This game got me replaying these bosses for at least 15-20 tries 😂 absolutely ridiculous. Love the game and the story, but these bosses are just too hard for a casual player like me. I’m down for a challenge, but legit getting stuck isn’t fun anymore.

thx for this i was getting really frustrated with this fight as i didnt know about hitting the heart 3 times when exposed
edit: in regards to the focus point u need to throw a bomb at him and explode it then he goes into a slightly leaning backwards position with it exposed and a well placed arrow gives a nice explosion, also the bomb/explode combo stuns him for a few seconds each time

during phase 2 you can do a lot of damage by sticking her with a bomb which pops out her crit point. hit that 3 times for a big chunk of damage.

Had to change difficulty from hard to medium for this boss. The difficulty spike is insane for this one.

You can throw the grenade at the heart in phase 2 and expose the yellow crystal.

I have never in my life seen a game where leveling up doesn't matter as much as this one. There's no sense in it. "Hurr Durr i got all this extra health i should be ok for a whi- that boss just two shots me. Oh, so does this one. And this one. Oh, the mini bosses two shot me too. Great. Good thing I found those meditation spots 🙄

Thanks for the video. I’ve had the game since it came out and I’ve yet to beat it. The boss fights are something terrible but rewarding. I get stuck on a boss for a couple of hours and come back a month or two later. I just spent 2 hours on this chick and I almost through my controller threw my wall. I’m done for at least a month. 🤣
