The answer is this 1JZ swapped, upgraded turbo Lexus Is300. But, I'm sure this is not the introduction people were expecting. Tim's Is300 is being ripped apart to use the countless modifications on his next JZ platform vehicle. You have seen it in the background of other videos. Today, you get a formal introduction to Tim's newest project. As well as a farewell to his old Lexus Is300 project!

you did the IS just right, brother. sad to see such a tastefully done IS get taken off the road, but sacrificing it so you can have a 1k club MANUAL supra is the most noble sacrifice.

I've had my 5-speed IS for 19 years, never could afford to build it like I wanted to so I just kept putting it off (I became a nerd instead of a mechanic) haha but if I did get the cash, I would have very similar power goals/drivability, take it to a road course or autox every once in a while. I still drive the shit out of it when I can though.
