Difference is due to mics.
Without auto-tune during mics were low quality as they design for Normal voice recording
And second one with auto tune one mics are high quality design for reverb and music.

Autotune = bathroom singer
Without autotune = toilet singer

It’s not necessarily autotune, it’s just with all the backround music and instruments added to her singing that makes it sound so different.
