EC Children's Rights Project Documentary

The EU-funded project on empowering child-focused organisations to promote children’s rights was implemented by ActionAid The Gambia in partnership with CPA and FAWEGAM in Lower River, Central River and Upper River Regions.

The project seeks to provide children with skills, knowledge and confidence to understand their rights, seek redress when these rights are violated and participate actively in decision-making; Instil in children greater sense of responsibility. Furthermore, it is also intended to build the capacities of parents, communities, school-based structures, on Child rights and protection issues..
