Geto on the other hand walks like he's got a tractor trailer on his back. Maybe it's the weight of his outlook on life? The frustration of dealing with curses and protecting those that can't defend themselves. To even fuel his abilities, he has to consume curses, which he himself states taste like "vomit soaked rags".

Gojos life is a "limitless" one so to speak, while Getos is a life of suffrage. And their posture shows that perfectly.
