Spicy Weekend no. 34 - Butter Chicken spice mix🔥
Welcome to our spice series! 😋😍
Today, I mixed a few spices to create the best Butter Chicken spice mix in the world!

Ingredients:
✅ 2 Tbsp coriander
✅ 1 1/2 Tbsp cumin
✅ 1 1/2 Tbsp garam masala (see SW13 for recipe)
✅ 1 Tbsp Kashmiri chilli
✅ 2 tsp turmeric
✅ 1 tsp cinnamon
✅ 1 tsp ginger
✅ 1 tsp fenugreek

Method:
1️⃣ Place all spices in a bowl and mix well.
Enjoy 😋
