Passover, Closed Doors and The Rapture

The Lord’s Feasts, or מוֹעֵד (Moed) in Hebrew, were appointed times, assemblies, meetings. They were “rehearsals” for what The Lord would come to accomplish. Today we discuss Passover which is outlined in Leviticus 23 with the other feasts, yet this appointed time was instituted in Exodus 12 where the children of Israel were saved from wrath by the blood of the lamb placed on their doorpost. The next morning (still Passover) they were led out of Egypt (a type of the world) where they had been in bondage for 400 years. With the escape of the Israelites, we see a type of rapture, and with Moses carrying the bones of Joseph we see a type of the dead in Christ rising first.

On that first Passover, it was only the blood of the Lamb that saved the Israelite families from the wrath of The Lord. Jesus is The Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world, and He was crucified on Passover. Our belief in His death, burial and resurrection is the only way of salvation. He loves us this much!!!

Thank you Carol for another comfort and reminder of our imminent meeting with Jesus. On March 28 of this year, when I was praying and reading the Word of God at night, I heard Holy Spirit voice, who said three words: “EVERYTHING IS READY!” When I heard this, Holy Spirit reminded me of a dream I had on August 29, 2020. In my dream, my wife and I were standing on the river bank and looking at the other side, waiting for departure. I don't know why, but I turned my head back and saw a big poster with big letters. After reading what was written, I shouted to my wife with all my might: "LOOK! EVERYTHING IS READY!" As soon as I said these words, we slowly began to rise up and the shore where we were standing became smaller and smaller. At this point I woke up. I believe the church is in the Rapture season, which could happen at any moment. See you soon in Heaven!

Amen dear Carol ✨ When I talk to people about future plans, I will always say, “If we’re still here…” It is so normal for me to say this because everything in my soul looks for the coming of the Lord. I know when people give me a strange look that they don’t look at life in this way. It’s a great way to begin a conversation with people. Thank you for this amazing rendition of the original Passover, Sister Carol! There are SO MANY types and shadows between Passover and the crucifixion of our Savior. Thank you for illuminating all of these. 4/11/25 occurs this coming Friday.
4 + 11 + 25 =40. Mind you, this is the Gregorian calendar. However, it’s another interesting coincidence.
