I would have called it Time Overlap... Why so?
When Steve uses his domain, he accelerates time for everything in his domain, so fast that the time for the NPCs/players to react is too little, making them frozen.

When steve lands an attack it has the effects of a hardcore attack. The wound will never heal until he disables his technique. Imagine stubbing your toe and the pain never goes away.

Alex's domain expansion: [/ENABLE PEACEFUL MODE/]
Alex's domain isnt closed off, but instead has a much larger range than normal. Any non passive mob within the range of the domain will be sliced to pieces until they die, manage to leave the domain, or alex ends her domain. This attack will not effect a player if they manage to hold no malicious intent during the gamemode change. Holding a weapon or even thinking about doing harm will result in you being labled a non passive mob.

Witch's domain expansion: [/HOW DID WE GET HERE/]
The witch has a pure sky blue domain. The domain can only last 5 seconds, however, it is still powerful. While the domain is active anyone inside including the witch will be barraged by a variety of different potion effects. The witch is only effected by positive buffs while others will only get debuffs. The duration of these effects last 3 minutes after the domain.
