iLok Universe! | Redemption/Activation Issues & How to resolve them

Are you getting a "Code Redemption Reached" error? Is your activation stuck on an old inaccessible computer? This video will go over some of the most common issues you may run into when trying to authorize your software. This process can be used with AIR, SONiVOX, Mixmeister, Akai MPC 2.0 and any other software that requires ILok for authorization. This video will list the information that is necessary to send back to us in order to get your software up and running. Let's get started!

ilok is a scam. It's 2021 and you can't reset your own licensees. Incompetence.

It's quicker buying all the stuff again, (which I won't be doing), than to fill out a support ticket for each product owned. Would be easier to just send a screenshot of iLok with the two machines on it and the message that the old installs can't be accesses error. Then ask them to move them all over! Well they were nice when I owned them... and could use them!

The support link returns a 404 (not found). If I go to the home page there is a suppot pop up thing and I filled it in but the submit button does nothing. I did find a way to get to their support page and submitted a ticket but then when later trying to check the status it asks for a login and thyere is no obvious way to create an account. What a pile of poo! My system crashed and now Ilok thinks I am using a different computer so I need to reset them.

I bought the MPK-mini and the next day had my PC crash. my licenses are locked on my old instance on the PC. i find it to be overly difficult to retrieve my activation licenses. I submitted a request with Akai (wrong contact) and they just sent me an email asking me how my experience was even though i never received a reply in the first place. my keyboard has the word *professional* on it but that must be a misnomer lol

It's a shame. I have formatted my computer and now the Riser isn't avaiable..never more. We have to spend hours for nothing..

ILok is trash. On a brand new, Windows 10 pc, this software corrupted one of the boot sectors, so I had to completely wipe windows and reinstall. How can an anti-piracy software fuxx up windows boot partitions!?

One of my PCs hard drives died after a power cut. Installed a new hard drive and Windows and ilok, but ilok thinks it's a new machine. I can't remove the license from my 'other' machine to transfer to my 'new' machine. Sent an email to Air with all my information, they told me they would respond within 72 hours. That was over a month ago - still heard nothing. What a waste of 'oxygen' this Air is.
