I love Jen Psaki and I love when she’s on the show! I’m currently in law school and am the communications director for our democrats club. Our club is doing a canvassing bus tour to Pennsylvania soon and we’re very excited. You all at Crooked (and your guests!) are so inspiring to so many of us.
Also, I didn’t love that answer on contrast with Joe Biden. And as a chronic backseater, even though no one asked, here’s the answer I would’ve wanted to hear:
The President makes hundreds, if not thousands, of decisions everyday. And I’ve been apart of just about every single one of those decisions. And you know what, I’ve disagreed with a lot of those small, day-to-day decisions, because we’re different people who bring different perspectives, even if we have the same goal of helping the American people. And I think Joe Biden appreciates that. I’ve actually thought of it as my job as Vice President to challenge the President on his opinions so that he can make sure he’s making the right choice. Because I know, and Joe Biden knows, that we don’t need a bunch of yes-men around us. And by the way, if I become President, I hope Tim Walz will do the same and challenge me and my decisions everyday.

The Social Security Home Health Care is a huge deal for all of us Boomers out here. I personally know of 11 men including my ex husband and brother who served in Vietnam and all passed away from brain tumors in the past three years. This would have helped their families immensely.
