The Church should get out of Politics and back to the Gospel, which it no longer adheres too.

I could see people going back to the church with how crazy things have got.

The church of England is not the sum total of the Christian faith anyway, political affiliation or not.

The denominations that have remained biblical are thriving.

Converted to Holy Orthodoxy two years ago. I gain no enjoyment from the demise of the C of E at all, but it seems sadly inevitable.

If Christianity is not true, it doesn't matter if it dies.

If Christianity is true, it is impossible that it dies, because God said, “upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it”

Quite sad passing through so many rural places with fabulous churches in the hearts of their communities but not in their communities hearts. The CofE needs to stop pandering to this minority and that minority and preach the gospel with vim, vigour enthusiasm and big fat faith. This country is crying out for ideals and principles that communities can coalesce around and shout about. Get up in that pulpit, give us some fire and tell the organist to stop playing that wish-washy twaddle and play some ‘proper’ hymns. Amen.

The Church of England needs to return to Christ as revealed in the Bible! In it, He is very clear about sexuality, sin etc etc!

And God said I will build MY church and the gates of hell will not overcome it, His Church is those who love trust and obey His Word

I am an American Anglican, and I can tell you that the Anglican Church in North America is alive and well, growing slowly, but steadily. Thanks be to God!

I’m an American, I go to family events and it’s really odd. Love my family dearly, but one of my uncles raised his kid “gender neutral” (that cousin ended up with extreme psychological issues) and my other uncle is big on the s3x revolution and drugs and all that. Meanwhile, I’m in my 20s, I love engaging the Western Canon in literature (whether it’s the Iliad or Huckleberry Finn) and I am very much a Christian.

My take is that they tried new ways of living and it really didn’t work well. I’m going back to what works - I’m not smart enough to establish an entire new way of being and I frankly don’t even see the need to do so

I'm religious but i haven't gone to church in years - occasionally when i feel the need i go to visit a big cathedral like Durham, light a candle and sit in quiet reflection but i am completely against religious leaders involving themselves in political issues & supporting social issues which go against Christian teachings.

If there is going to be a second coming of Christ, there is no way His gospel could leave the earth before then

Othodox Christianity gives Christianity hope

Protestantism outside the CofE is vibrant. The Cof E spends all day navel gazing about thwological irrelevancies. Meanwhile, the nearest church to me is full every Sunday. But it is neither CofE nor Roman.

The church should be very aware that it’s behavior was predicted.
