I've been looking to buy for over a year. There's no way in hell I'd buy a property now that's doubled in price in less than 4 years just because the dropped it back 20%. Most homes on the market are dogshit.

My father just sold his parents home he didn’t try to price gouge they wanted the house to move so they price it accordingly and it sold within days people need to price what people can afford.

Sellers realizing that they can’t make ends with the increasing property taxes. They also went with the flow by doubling/tripling the assumed value of their homes.

I remember when i first came across your channel a few years back and so many people were commenting on the housing market, "Housing prices wont come down" "This time its different" "only people with good credit took on mortgages" its amazing that most people do no due diligence or even bother to do research when it comes to making what's probably the biggest purchase they'll make in thier entire life.

Michael, how are builders’ houses coming up as sold on Zillow for high prices, but when I actually click on the houses, they haven’t sold? Seeing this here in Rotonda West. Three houses in the neighborhood show as sold for $600K, but none actually sold.

A friend of mine in Minnesota put his house on the market having bought it 3 yrs ago. He went to go rent a house thinking his house was gonna sale fast, but 2 days ago his agent called him and told him the market is super slow and that he should move back in until the market picks back up. He listed his house up about 3 months ago
