I’m 13 and the kid I always used to get partnered with by my sensei is literally 100 pounds heavier than me. I weigh 100 and he weighs around 230. The worst part is he doesn’t even work. Whenever he got to mount when we rolled, he’d just lay there on my face until the round ended. Now when I get partnered with him I can get out of the mount and get him into submissions and stuff, but when I do that “too much” (2 or 3 times) he just sits out and I can’t change my partner, so I have to sit out too. It sucks rolling with lazy people when you want to have a real fight, test yourself, and just have a good time rolling.

If he did that to another man, it would be a big fucking deal because that's disrespectful as hell.

Big guys like that usually have a history of hurting their training partners, so they are overly cautious. Or maybe he was lazy? Idk. I had a partner that laid down and challenged me to best him. Was a good time. Like a big brother, and he was showing me all the defenses at the same time. Glass half full. Cheers.

He was doing that out of feeling bad for you, unless you chose to go with

i dont think it was disrespect, in my family and the religion and coulture i have been raised with if you ever fight a girl its considered rude and disrespectful both ways, i dont belive it was disrespect but maybe it was, but we have to think positivly, we cannnot just continue to focus on what could have been the negative, we should be focusing on what is the positive, regardless of the resoning i have subscribed
