The siren head is a 40-foot-tall humanoid creature with a skeletal frame covered in dried, mummified flesh with a color of rusted metal. The limbs of siren head are disproportionately long and thin. Where a human's head and neck would be, siren head has a thin pole of flesh with two sirens attached to them facing in opposite directions, and several black wires snaking around the siren head neck and into its upper shoulders, pressed against its abdomen. The speakers are fused to the neck by tendrils of skin and capable of swiveling around, much like the head of an owl. Some images depict Siren Head's speakers with toothy, lip-less human-like jaws and a long, retractable thin snake-like tongue, though Henderson has said that the teeth are only visible on a certain radio-frequency. One important thing to note is that siren head is NOT an SCP. Some people think that sirenhead is SCP-6789, but it is not, as said by the SCP fandom and Trevor Henderson himself.

The predecessor image of cartoon cat was posted online by Trevor Henderson. In the photograph, a large creature resembling a black-and-white rubberhose cartoon creature cartoon cat sits in an abandoned building, leering at the camera from around a doorframe. The creature is similar to cartoon cat jet black, huge eyes, crooked teeth, and noodly limbs ending in white-gloved hands- but its head is more dog-like or mouse-like in shape. The image was captioned "they're just like your favorite cartoon", suggesting this is just one one many monsters similar to cartoon cat or perhaps an alternate form. Later on August 10, a second photograph was released, with the caption "What they found in the dirt mall". The photograph was of an abandoned shopping mall with a full-body view of cartoon cat walking towards the camera with a malicious, wide-eyed grin. This is the first image of cartoon cat in his more recognizable form, with a round head and pointed ears, though he has no visible tail nor feet of any kind, with his legs ending in blunt points.
