Another wonderful dish, thank you for sharing. I love how the taste of ginger really shines through, delicious. I couldn't find any flat skewers, so decided to use two thin bamboo skewers side by side - it worked very well with no spinning. I used my oven's grill pan to cook, perfect result 😀

I really don't mind the smell of garlic on my fingers - apparently if you wash your hands with cold water (rather than warm) after handling garlic it gets rid of the smell quicker.

Do you wash and reuse the plastic bag? If you just throw it away it is not good for the planet. Why not use a washable glass bowl with lid or a plastic bowl with lid, they can be washed and reused. 😁

I know, this is a little bit weird, but I hate the smell of garlic on my fingers so much, that I wear plastic gloves when I cut garlic. (apart from that I'm quite normal) 🥸🤠🤓🥸🤪
