I had mine for a year.Yes, it works.You just have to follow the guide of how many pieces you can put in at a time. Now the problem. The actual agitator disintegrated.Thus thus I have nothing to agitate the water anymore. So it's basically a short-term.Use unless you can get parts which I haven't been able to.

No way this has a motor strong enough to agitate the contents. You need a three phase motor to be able to sustain the power and have enough force to remove most of the dirt from clothes. That’s why all professional machines have these types of motors. Buying this is like putting your clothes in a bucket of water and turning it one way somewhat fast. That does barely anything. You’ll probably clean clothes better by washing with your hands.
