Goma At Home: Goma’s Version Of Kare-Kare

This Sunday at Goma At Home, I will finally prepare the Filipino dish that so many of you have been requesting for- Kare-Kare.

For my version of this Filipino favorite, the ingredients are:
Lily's Peanut Butter
Beef tripe
Beef tail
Atsuete extract
Banana blossoms
Eggplants
Onions
Garlic
Black pepper

That’s a different way of doing kare-kare and I appreciate the approach of Goma with doing this dish simply yet with a lot of consideration. From the boiling and cleansing of the tripe to the harvesting of the fresh banana blossom and annato seeds; The panggisa of the bagoong to the presentation of the blanched veggies esp the sitaw.
