I’m a 6’5 big black guy, I had just moved to Texas and was feeling a little home sick…it had just gotten dark and I wanted to take a walk to relieve tension…as I went out the gate of my apartment complex I saw this white couple walking back inside the gate…out of nowhere their little daughter probably 3 years old grabbed both of my legs and gave me a big hug…they did not hesitate or act scared of me at all… I gave them all a big smile and bawled for 10 minutes while walking… it cured everything inside of me that was wrong! I remeber when I was a teenager and I was really depressed, sitting outside on some concrete stairs. A little girl probably 2 years old kept looking at me and smiling at me and suddenly walked up to me a kissed me on the cheek randomly. She just melted my heart that day and made me feel so happy and loved. Children are the sweethearts of God.

I was sitting in a park one day feeling really low & contemplating unaliving myself when a little boy was walking past with his Mum & sister. He pulled his hand out of his Mum's and ran towards me. He held my face with both hands, kissed me & said "Don't worry, everything will be alright". He then hugged me & went back to his mum who was shocked. She said he NEVER even goes near most family members never mind total strangers. I think we often forget that because they're still so young there's more angel in them at that point & they can see & feel what adults can't.

My baby did this at 1 years old to an older gentleman, she walked over And just hugged him. He said you have no idea how that made my day

Something like this happened to me and I really needed it. I was in the mall and a little boy ran up to me, stroked my face, hugged me as if he knew who I was. It was the most special thing that could have happened. Angels do exist.

And their faces shown pure joy at his interaction. Look at the second ladies eyes when she smiles. 100% full of love and joy. This is beautiful

As a mom, I have seen this from my own kids. One day my daughter ran up to this women and I could see that she was struggling. My daughter made her cry happy tears and she told me thank you. My son is the same way as well. Kids are litterally angels.

I remember walking in downtown Denver one day, and this lady was walking towards my son and I. She looked mad. I was scared for my one year old. But, he just walked right up to her and gave her a hug. She started crying, and I asked her what was wrong. She was having a bad day. Fight with husband, lost her job, and all she wanted was a hug. Children can really make us adults feel better when we are having a bad situation.

I was in line at Walmart yesterday and felt that feeling of someone staring at me. I looked around and didn’t see anyone. It didn’t go away. I looked straight ahead and in a cart was a 1 year old with his eyes affixed on me with a giant smile spread across his face. I immediately smiled and it lightened my entire mood. I don’t know what it is but recognition from a kid in kindness can really brighten your day!

I work at a daycare and I truly believe that kids know when something is bothering you or when you have a bad day. I walked into the center a couple weeks ago after learning my grandmas health was declining and this one little girl came up to me gave me the biggest hug and told me she loves me and I am the best I had to walk into the other room before I started bawling my eyes out.
