Yep. This happened to me. No vomiting but was running to the bathroom. I was nauseous. It was awful. I thought I was going to die 😩

Best place to start is the diet. Best to go hard core if you can. Purely grass fed organic meats. Cook slow like crock pot. Steam and cook all vegetables. Nothing raw. Pure soups. Bone broths with lots of onions and veggies. Cows milk stuff. No sugar or artificial sugar substitutes. Use stevia or monk fruit instead. Organic pasture fed eggs. Cook slow. Pure organic coconut oil to cook with. Use high quality supplements like probiotics and digestive enzymes. Each meal. This is only a beginning but it's a great place to start.
